Peripheral straight-line edging machine for the processing of pencil edge, OG or flat edge with arris depending on the wheels fitted on.

In order to allow concentricity of rotation, each wheel is mounted on a spindle; belt driven spindles. Wheels adjustment for different glass thickness is obtained by tilting the wheel-holder groups. The conveyors slide on guides of hardened and rectified steel. In order to avoid the wheels wear and tear, a centralized lubrication system is fitted. The conveyor is composed by pads, made of a special material, which are mounted on precision chains. Mechanical glass clamping system. All the wheels are cooled by coolant pumped from the coolant tank under pressure. All the moving parts are comfortably reachable in order to allow an easy maintenance.
