Automatic Sandblasting Machines

The machine has an internal useful height of 1,300 mm open top, is equipped with a manual gun for sandblasting with Venturi effect with abrasive recovery tank in continuous cycle.

There are 5 filter hoses with drawer for dust recovery on board the machine, there is also a manual shaker for cleaning the filters and a fan with suction effect.

The sandblaster is equipped with a conveyor belt of 3.9 mm in polyurethane with woven steel cloth and non-slip linatex coating, 3 mm thick, the side supports are 1000 mm per side. Inside the cabin there is an anti-abrasive rubber coating and tubular steel racks with interchangeable strippers placed on them for the sliding of the glass sheets. Complete with special rubber bulkheads to retain dust and abrasive, the front inspection door is equipped with 2 slots with rubber protection and brushes to position the operator’s arm and a laminated glass to view the sandblasting process .

The control panel has 2 selectors, one to operate the transport wagon with two directions of travel and the other to turn on the extractor and the light placed inside the cabin.
